Characteristics: double-sided adhesive, high temperature resistance, great washing resistance, permeable, odor free. No elastic. Skin-contact. Operation friendly. Thin and permeable, keep original material a good feeling and breathable. Manufactured with best meltblown machine, with good uniformity. All made with PA granule, without talcum powder, diluent or inferior fillers.
Directions for Use: Glue the material with the adhesive film which do not have release paper. Appy pressure with relatively low temperature to generate adhesion. After the adhesion film and material bonded together, peel off the release paper. Place the second material above the adhesive film correctly, and apply heated pressure again, for a suitable period of time. Test the bonding and peeling strength when cooling. Adjust pressing time and temperature, according to special application cases, such as material, environment conditions.
General bonding requirements: The process of bonding and joining with hot melt adhesive depends on many factors, such as the properties (surface tension, plasticizer content…), as well as the bonding process conditions (environmental temperature, humidity…). Therefore, clients should take into consideration of their everyday production conditions and test our models to get the most propriate and stable parameters. For best bonding performance, substrates should be dry and free of dust, oil and impurity. Process with a minimum temperature of 20°C and avoid windy environment.
Safety instructions: Wear protective glass and gloves while pouring adhesive pellets into the tanks. Forbidden fires.
Storage: Sealed in cool and dry containers and avoid direct lightings, with temperature below 35°C and avoid heating and fire.
Shelf-life: 12 months under proper conditions.
