Characteristics: Very good resistance to oxidation, heat. Excellent initial bonding. Better thermal tackiness. Great softness. Not easy to age. Fast setting and great efficiency. No string. Smoke and odor free. Diameter options of 11mm and 7mm. Application and processing with common hot glue guns of 40W and 30W.

Directions for Use: Pre-heat the glue gun for 3-5 minutes. Keep the glue stick clean and free of dust, avoid impurities blocking the gun nozzle. Keep the glue gun standing on desk while working. Do not pull out the remaining stick. Cut off electricity, if glue stick stop using over 15 minutes.

General bonding requirements: The process of bonding and joining with hot melt adhesive depends on many factors, such as the properties (surface tension, plasticizer content…), as well as the bonding process conditions (environmental temperature, humidity…). Therefore, clients should take into consideration of their everyday production conditions and test our models to get the most propriate and stable parameters. For best bonding performance, substrates should be dry and free of dust, oil and impurity.

Safety instructions: Use at places with good ventilation and free of open fire. Keep the melt glue away from eyes and skins. If contacted, put the injuries into cold water and consult a doctor.

Storage: Sealed in cool and dry containers and avoid direct lightings, with temperature below 35°C and avoid heating and fire.

Shelf-life: 12 months under proper conditions.
